Mango Mousse....

I made a mango mousse cake last night for tonight's prayer meeting.

This is my first try on mouse cake.

Does anyone notice that I use Jungle's case to store this cake??

Even though it doesn't look as pretty as Jungle's, the materials I used are more 真材實料... see... you can see 芒果渣 between the mousse.

That is because I used fresh mangos not mango juice...
