It’s really challenging to make whipped cream cake. I had to freeze the bowl before I poured and blended whipped cream. After blended, I had to decorate it as soon as possible so my hands wouldn’t melt the cream.
This time I used all-purpose flour to make the cake because I mixed the chestnut in cake.
It tasted good and not very sweet. I even mixed chestnut in whipped cream. This is a real chestnut cake. from cake, filling to whipped cream, all w/ chestnut in.
I’ll work on more whipped cream cakes. I hope some day I can make cream like those professionals… ^____^
